Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the training platform operated by Agentic Automations ("we", "us", "our") at training.agentic-automations.ai (the "Service"). By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to create an account.

• You must provide a valid email address. We sign you in using a magic link sent to that address; you are responsible for maintaining access to your mailbox.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your account or magic links with anyone else.

• Notify us at support@agentic-automations.ai if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

2. Course access and licence

• When you enrol in a course (free or paid), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access that course's content for your own personal, non-commercial learning.

• You may not copy, record, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly display any course content, in whole or in part.

• You may not share your enrolment or account access with any other person. Each enrolment covers one individual.

• We may add, update, or remove course content at any time. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, enrolment includes access to updates made to the enrolled course.

3. Payments, pricing, and refunds

• Prices are shown at the point of purchase and may change for future purchases. The price you pay is the price shown when you enrol.

• Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details.

• If a paid course is materially defective or not as described, contact us at support@agentic-automations.ai and we will work with you on a remedy, which may include a refund.

• Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law.

• Scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or otherwise systematically extract content or data from the Service.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure, or to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities.

• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by introducing malware or excessive load.

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

• Circumvent any access control, paywall, or technical protection measure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, without refund where the breach is serious.

5. Intellectual property

The Service and all course content (including text, video, images, code examples, and exercises) are owned by or licensed to Agentic Automations and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited licence in section 2, no rights are granted to you. "Agentic Automations" and associated branding are our trademarks; you may not use them without our prior written consent.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services), transactional email (Amazon SES), and payment processing. Your use of those services in connection with a purchase may be subject to the relevant third party's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

7. Disclaimers

• Course content is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not professional, legal, financial, or technical advice tailored to your circumstances, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for such advice.

• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, or that any particular learning outcome will be achieved.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to section 3, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Service. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited, at our option, to supplying the relevant services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion via support@agentic-automations.ai. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we cease operating the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its "last updated" date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by email). Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The courts of Victoria, Australia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights.
