This Privacy Policy explains how Agentic Automations ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information through the training platform at training.agentic-automations.ai (the "Service"). We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
1. What we collect
Account information: your email address and, if you provide it, your name.
Learning activity: course enrolments, lesson progress, and completion status.
Payment information: when you buy a course, payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. We receive confirmation and basic transaction details; we do not see or store your full card number.
Communications: emails you send us, including support requests.
Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) used for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.
2. How we use it
We use personal information to:
Create and manage your account and sign you in (magic-link login emails).
Deliver the courses you enrol in and track your progress.
Process payments and send transactional emails (receipts, enrolment confirmations).
Respond to your questions and support requests.
Maintain the security and integrity of the Service.
Improve our courses and content, using aggregated or de-identified data where practicable.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Third-party service providers
We share personal information with service providers only as needed to operate the Service:
Amazon Web Services — hosting and storage (Sydney, ap-southeast-2 region).
Amazon SES — transactional email delivery.
Payment processor — to process purchases you make.
These providers may process information on servers outside Australia. Where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled consistently with this policy and applicable law.
4. Cookies and local storage
The Service uses cookies and/or browser local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. These are functional, not advertising, technologies. You can clear them in your browser, but signing in again will be required.
5. Retention and security
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (access controls, encrypted transport, secrets management) to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if we become aware of a data breach that is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required by law.
6. Access, correction, and deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing support@agentic-automations.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time. Deleting your account removes your access to enrolled courses; some records (such as transaction records) may be retained where required by law.
7. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its "last updated" date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
